Problem Description: I recently installed IE 8 on the advice of the BTBroadband helpline as they no longer supported the Yahoo browser.After doing this I discovered that all our Windows Messenger sign-ins and passwords were lost.Also I consistently get a message at start up telling me the server is busy and offering the option to "Switch to" or "retry" Why is this happening and how do I stop it? My computer is a Compaq Presario with a AMD Athlon 3700 processor. Operating System: Windows XP
