i think u might be running a proxy server with password authentication..go to tools >>internet options>>connections>lan settings or settings if you are running a dial up connection then look for the option :use a proxy server for your lan or use proxy server and if any of those options are checked followed by an ip address!!hope this helps you to troubleshoot..Regards,RR

I just got this, too. Strange that we both just got it today within minutes of each other. I have no idea what it is. The only thing I've found is info on bs.serving-sys.com and that's a tracking cookie

Same here. Popped up on gamespot.com and ign.com. When I look at their page source code, the URL appears in it, so wondering if this is a misconfiguration or something on their webserver (like a password on the directory or something).

gamespot.com is where I was at. Must be their sites.

Yea,I checked their forums, not much info there. Looks like their ad host might be having some tech problems.

I noticed it when I visted IGN.com and Gamespot.com. I guess everybody is on the same page. May IGN and gamespot guys need to do something about it. I was concerned about security of my computer.Thank you all for your responses.regards,Aveshd
