THIS IS MY STORY (2) ; PLEASE HELP ME

My laptop infected by a virus and I reinstalled windows... 

It came with genuine windows 8.1 single language...

After installing there was some problems like no search bar in the START, no close button on the top right corner, etc..

I asked a question from this site and I got good answers and now I'm having those features in my laptop..

THIS IS MY PROBLEM

When I start the laptop on my previous days it came the START menu...

But now when I start it comes the DESKTOP...

I want to make my computer to come to the START menu when I turn on windows...

Can I change it to come to the Start menu when we start this ???

Right-click the Taskbar, click Properties and you will see a number ot Tabs.

The Start menu tab is where you can choose between the Menu or Desktop.

As Burr stated, we could choose "Navigation" tab.
