I had a wireless network connected successfully. I lost connection so I used a dial up wireless connection from Verizon. I am using a Cisco Linksys E1000 router and a D-link internal wireless router card. Windows 7 gives me error 651. It told me there were no drivers installed after I used the connection from Verizon instead of Comcast. I reinstalled the drivers, I still get error 651.

For the error 651 code, it seems related the driver of Verizon You can try to update Verizon driver first: right click “computer”-----manage-----device manager -----right click driver-----update driver software-----search automatically for updated driver software.
