Windows stops wireless internet
I had a wireless network connected successfully. I lost connection so I used a dial up wireless connection from Verizon. I am using a Cisco Linksys E1000 router and a D-link internal wireless router card. Windows 7 gives me error 651. It told me there were no drivers installed after I used the connection from Verizon instead of Comcast. I reinstalled the drivers, I still get error 651.

Hi Cactain, does it work well when you use Comcast? For the error 651 code, it seems related the driver of Verizon You can try to update Verizon driver first: right click “computer”-----manage-----device manager -----right click driver-----update driver software-----search automatically for updated driver software. Anymore you could ask the manufacturer for the last version of driver or download the driver on Verizon Web: http://support.vzw.com/clc/ Please note: we provide the third party link for technical use only. There may be some changes without notice, Microsoft doesn’t guarantee any accuracy on contacting information.
