I have seen many posts having do with windows can't see other computers or windows only gets a "local connection" or it only gives an "identifying network" when trying to connect.If you have these issues or something similar try this:a) Turn off ipv6b) Make sure the network type is set to private (regarding can't see other computers)c) apply the dhcp fix (it can be accessed at the address below and instructions are on the webpage)http://www.reviewingit.com/index.php/content/view/61/1/ I have applied this program to many computers and it fixes the networking problems.
