Winsxs After upgrade Vista to Seven
Seven dont use Winsxs ? Can I delete this folder and file ?

Windows 7 indeed does use the winsxs folder. On one Windows 7 install here which has been up and running for about a month it is reporting as being nearly 6Gb in size. In actual fact the folder is considerably smaller than that. Much of what it contains is 'hard links' rather than actual files, but Explorer reports these as being the size of the target files.I'd strongly urge you not to remove it, because doing so can potentially lead to system problems. Seven dont use Winsxs ? Can I delete this folder and file ? HiThe WinSxS folder is critical to the operating system. The folder works very much like it did in Windows Vista.Here are some links that descibe the many diferent functions of this folder.
