Ok so i have my wireless capability one my laptop turned on by the switch on the left side corner of the laptop but the laptop says its not turned on what do i do? thanks for the help1 person needs an answerI do too

It just does not come up showing that it is turned on there is a led light that lights up to indicate that it is on and i does not show up and when i click diagnose problem it says to turn on wireless capability
