With the full release of Windows 7, can IE 8 64bit be made the default browser?
Currently under RC 7100, IE 8 64bit "Options" menu states that IE 8 64bit cannot be default browser. I understand that with the full release of Windows 7, IE 8 32bit will be the default browser. But can one change this to IE 8 64bit under the full release of Windows 7? Or will the release candidate limitation still apply until some later date?

just use the 64bit of firefox.. you can make that one default... fast too... the only downside of using 64bit browsers is no 64bit flash.

For example, on a dial-up connection, Firefox loads pages 3 times faster and downloads 1.5 KB faster than IE.Hello!
