XP startup user is corrupt and XP no longer boots (keeps asking for user / password) and I have lost my XP CD-ROM how do I make a new one or bypass__the user login

I would like to download XP and load it on a bootable CD-ROM

I'm sorry, but it isn't possible to download Windows XP.Start the computer in Safe mode and log into the built-in account named Administrator . You'll have to know the password, if any, for that account.
