When I try to log into my profile I keep getting the following message: "Windows could nOT load users profile but logged you on default profile for the system. The system has attemted to restore file into registry but specified file is not in a registry file format"Can you let me know if and how I can get my profile back (I tried system resore and it is NOT working)Also with this new profile how can I acsess my old email from previous outlook profile (now outlook gives a message stating it needs to be re-configured) I need my emails....please help2 people need an answerI do too
