HI, i'm starting using windows 7 currently connected to a 2003 Domain server. (ISA SERVER) includedSuddenly my network status icon has apear with a red X , the network connections is running ok and i have acces to other sites in the itranet and outside to the intranet..So what is this red cross in the network status ??

Sometimes it just doesnt refresh the icon. Ive seen this many times. Try pulling up the driver details page, and ensure that the device is installed correctly. You can also choose to update the driver, and search windows update for a better match. If all else fails, reboot.

I had this same problem.. I have enabled Network Bridge with my network which am not using anymore.. I once enabled it to use it.. And then forgot to disable it.. I tried to disable it, and everything is back to normal..
