Xp pro, keeps crashing at random.
I'm running XP Pro, the sytem just seems to freeze at random. If I try to run task manager nothing happens. The system just locks up and I have to switch it off. It was infected with the I-worm/sober, I think I have managed to succesfully clea the PC as I can not find any trace of the I-worm now. Is the systwm crashing because it was infected. Is there any simple way to sort the system out to stop it crashing so often its almost every 20min.1 person needs an answerI do too

This can be causedby fans that are not working properly or a excessive build up of dust inside the case.Maybe the following links would be worth a look:Clean your computer towerhttp://www.computertooslow.com/clean-computer.aspHow to Clean the Inside of a Computer Casehttp://www.technibble.com/how-to-clean-the-inside-of-a-computer-case/Why my Toshiba laptop suddenly shuts down by itself without warning?http://www.laptoprepair101.com/laptop/2006/01/04/toshiba-laptop-overheating/John Inzer - MS-MVP - Digital Media Experience - Notice_This is not tech support_I am a volunteer - Solutions that work for me may not work for you - ***Proceed at your own risk***
