You do not have sufficient access to uninstall LiveUpdate
Just bought a new PC with Vista Business OS. I tried to install my old Symantect anti-virus product but it was too old and was having compatibility issues so i uninstalled it. It also installed LiveUpdate. When I try to uninstall LiveUpdate, it gives me this error message:You do not have sufficient access to uninstall LiveUpdate 1.7 (Symantec Corporation). Please contact your system administrator.I am not on a domain and running as the local administrator account. Any suggestions? Thanks,Chris

Thanks for the advice. That didn't work but got me to thinking that I should search for a Live Update removal tool and found this page which worked.http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/sharedtech.nsf/docid/1999092114074613?OpenDocument&seg=hm&lg=en&ct=usThanks.
