After power outage, when I turned our computer on and it goes to the safe/normal options, when you click on one/any it goes to the next page with the Windows logo and starts cycling the blue moving thing for about 7.5 times and then it freezes. It just keeps doing the same cycle over and over. Anything I can try before having to disconnect it all and take it to a service place?1 person needs an answerI do too
