Users are receiving this error message while working on a document located on a network share. They are using wordperfect and microsoft office. All users have the correct rights. Not a service pack or update issue. Issue happens sporadically. I believe connection to the server is timing out and I need the best way to verify this?

You might need to add the network location into Trusted Zone sites in Internet Explorer.
