access to my e-mail
getting very frustrated with this!! Have tried everything--answered all questions and still cannot get into e-mail

Do you use an actual e-mail application like Outlook Express or Thunderbird?Or do you use Web-based e-mail? If so, which service do you use?What do you mean by "answered all questions"?
