I decided to uninstall programs which I hadn't used for a long time so went to "add or remove programs" clicked on "date last used" and it started off with programs that I use everyday saying "used very rarely" and giving a date of 4 years ago. Obviously a big problem and I cannot find how to repair.The "size" and "date last used" information in Add or Remove Programs is notoriously unreliable. There is no solution for this.
