I'm not sure I fully understand your question. From the title of your post however, it leads me to believe that she needs to log in to the machine with an account that has administrative privileges and perhaps the account she is logging in with doesn't have those.Does she know the password of the administrator account? If not can she ask the person who gave her the computer?
