Hi michiboo,1. What exactly you mean when you say Administrator account is disabled?2. Are you not able to see the administrator account in normal mode or are you not able to enter the password?3. Which user accounts was there earlier on this computer?4. Were there any changes made before they disappeared?5. Can u see those accounts in safe mode? The built-in Administrator account is disabled by default. It may be enabled in Safe Mode. If it is, you will see an icon for Administrator on the Welcome Screen in Safe Mode.a. When we install Windows, it automatically creates an account "Administrator" and sets its password to blank.b. Log in (the password will be a blank) and then go to Control Panel>User Accounts and change the password for your own user account to something you will remember.A description of the Safe Mode Boot options in Windows XP: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315222If you are still not able to login to the computer, you will have to get in touch with your computer manufacturer.Regards, Manasa P – Microsoft Support.
