I'm trying to download the WinHlp32.exe file for Vista. MS ask for validation first & when I go thru the steps I get taken to some page to download Explorer 9 & tries to sell me Windows 7. I can find no where on this page to download the file nor does it continue with validation. I've web sheached for it & only get sells pitches to scan my machine for errors or refered back to MS to start this process all over again. HELP
