since installing two separate steam accounts on PCs at my home all my email accounts are saying i dont exist and on one of the steam accounts it was hyjacked eventually we got it back the less than 24hrs later it happened again. ive even had the hacker mail me on steam and through alot of investigating found out that hes usinng my main email account under a different user name. i even know his username. tried to do what i could with gmail to revover my account and there reply was i couldnt give them enough info on the account being mine. he has accessed atleast four of my accounts and playing games on one of my steam accounts and even sending me abusive mail. you cant contact steam u can only leave a email which can take days for a reply they may reset your verifation details which the hacker has got access to. are these people thick. surely if the hacker has took steam account twice left me abusive mail and now own all my email accounts someone should be able to do something. i no he isnt english as he translates my account i got back . please help me.

first use a strong password like this Sjjpl@y@72 and change all the password of your e-mail and steam account ( all of it ) second thing is use a good AV because if its not the e-mail they are opening its your system we call a spyware and maybe a backdoor which steals realtime information and sending anywhere. use a good AV but since you're using Windows try this for a size http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/ MVP Windows Security
