when i stat any app that dose not open just show opening screen 

my all apps are not opening i tried many times but not opening also

Try running the Apps troubleshooter

after troubleshoot also not opening

Are you logged in with a Local or Live account?

There are a couple of other troubleshooting commands you can try. From an elevated command prompt, run:

SFC /scannow

This runs the System File Checker utility that will check for and repair corruption in Windows system files.

If this does not resolve the problem, you can also run:

DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

This runs the Deployment Imaging and Servicing Manage tool (DISM) to also find and repair corrupt files in your Windows installation.
