The email address I am aware of is Email removed for privacy -- I continually have found that the altnerative e-mail has been changed as have been the security questions, location and password. Friends, my childrens' school staff, governmental agencies, and more have been sent messages begging for money asking that it be sent to some address in another country. I attempted to forward all of these but of course there is no email address for microsoft that will accept them. I have important messages saved in this email account that I do not wish to lose -- also there is financial information and passwords resets. How did this happen, and please fix it.2 people need an answerI do too
