bitlocker will damage your recovery partition
I installed bitlocker and configured my d drive which has the systemrecovery hidden partion and it got corrupted..I have an hp and the recovery partiton is now corrupted..This has happen twice everytome i install it..If you have an hp beware as this program corrupts your partition and then you will have to recover from the cd's instead of conveniently restoring from the recovery manager system recovery option or F 11 key..

Hi, Don't try to lock your recovery partitions, those partitions are usually non accessible by any application but the recovery program encrypted it. BitLocker encyrpted the encrypted. So it caused damage of it. Good luck

Hi , the problem is that my pc doenst have tpm so i then follow the instructions and it tells me to prepare my drive for bitlocker and then it says d drive will be made the active drive and there is no option on there for me to choose the c drive instead..The d drive has my recovery partition in there so what do i do ? My pc only has a c and a d drive.. Any suggestions ? here is a pic of what i mean
