Bug Check 0x101: CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT
This indicates that an expected clock interrupt on a secondary processor, in a multi-processor system, was not received within the allocated interval.
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff557211%28VS.85%29.aspx
Cause
The specified processor is not processing interrupts. Typically, this occurs when the processor is nonresponsive or is deadlocked.
Update the BIOS and make sure the CPU is not overheating.
It is also helpful to take a look at the dumps.
Please start the Windows Explorer and go to the folder C:\Windows\Minidump. Next, copy the dmp files to your desktop, zip all dmp into 1 zip file and upload the zip file to your Skydrive [1] and post a link here, so that I can look at the dumps with the debugger
and to to see the cause of the crash.

ok, you use an Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 950 @ 3.07GHz and 1 core was not responding. This may be caused by the TurboBoost function of the Intel i7.
I think your CPU has an issue, because 1 crash is caused by the intel Power Saving driver. try to disable TurboBoost and the CoreParking feature Widows 7 (set the power plan to high performance)."A programmer is just a tool which converts caffeine into code" CLIP- Stellvertreter http://www.winvistaside.de/
