I am running windows 7 64-bit system on my desktop with lg flatron w2043c monitor with philips speakers and intel core i3 processor. The computer randomly shuts itself down for no apparent reason and reboots to the log in screen. After logging back in it says that it has recovered from an unexpected shutdown. It says it will check for a solution to the problem but then nothing else happens. here are the specifications of problems. Problem signature: Problem Event Name: BlueScreen OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1 Locale ID: 1033 Additional information about the problem: BCCode: 50 BCP1: FFFFF8A009166000 BCP2: 0000000000000000 BCP3: FFFFF80002F9C079 BCP4: 0000000000000000 OS Version: 6_1_7600 Service Pack: 0_0 Product: 256_1 Files that help describe the problem: C:\Windows\Minidump\071612-12152-01.dmp C:\Users\deep\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-41418-0.sysdata.xml

Please post copies of your dumpfile and sysdata.xml as shared files to your Sky Drive with a link here. http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/w7itproui/thread/4fc10639-02db-4665-993a-08d865088d65 For advice on how to configure your system to create dump files please read: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/254649 The dumpfile will be created at c:\windows\minidump. You may need to change your settings in Windows to be able to see the file. To show hidden files type Folder Options in the search box above the Start button and select View, Advanced Settings and verify that the box before "Show hidden files and folders" is checked and "Hide protected operating system files" is unchecked. You may need to scroll down to see the second item. You should also make certain that the box before "Hide extensions for known file types" is not checked. What is your computer make and model? If not a branded computer what is your motherboard make and model? Type System information in the Search Box above the start Button and press the ENTER key. What is your BIOS version and date? Is your Windows 7 32 bit or 64 bit? Please post a copy of your sysdata.xml file as a shared file to your Sky Drive. Heres an example of the file path: C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-125393-0.sysdata.xml If you are using cCleaner check in Options, Settings that cCleaner is not set up to delete Temporary Files when the computer is booted. This can be one explanation of several why you cannot find a copy sysdata.xml when you look for it. Type System information in the Search Box above the start Button and press the ENTER key. Select File, Export and give the file a name noting where it is located. It will be a txt file.Hope this helps, Gerry
