booting loop after reseting
hello, sorry if this might be the wrong place to post this, i own a jk750 asus, just an hour ago i reseted my pc because there was some sort of virus or something occupying my driver space so i decided to backup my files and reset the whole to to factory settings, everything was going well, when it finished the pc switched off with i believe was normal, when i tried to switch it back on it was booting, then it would black out and a few seconds after it would reboot, endless process, any help pls ???

do you able to see windows logo?

If you not able to see windows logo, there is something wrong with HW, cable, or OS configuration

go to BIOS to check whether HDD still can be detected, reset BIOS, if you cant go to BIOS or laptop will restart in BIOS, there is something wrong with HW, you should contact ASUS to troubleshoot regarding HW issue (cant boot)

Hi Unkown,

Have you got a recovery drive ?

Please unplug any outer device to have a check.Just a little advice from my own experience .

Just as  britishdhez said ,you will need to look for help from the Asus manufacturer if  the windows logo is not available. There may be a hardware issue here .

If we can see the windows logo,we can keep pressing "Shirft " to get into repair mode to have a startup repair when the machine restart .
