I am on Win XP on Copper.net dialup speed.I installed ROI internet booster after my virus protector installations kept becoming disconnected, so could not complete these installations. I tried installing both AVG.com and AVAST which take a long time to install on my computer just partially.The same problem occurred while trying to install F-Secure as I don't have a virus protector that would only install 1% of the program. The error message said: F-Secure Online Scanner 4.1 error: The program could not download all the necessary files. Make sure you are connected to the internet. or tell support: error ID 27.Is my system blocking these programs? It is possible that your computer is already infected. It's very common to be blocked by malware from going to antivirus/security websites. The first thing to do is make sure the computer is completely virus/malware-free.
