built in web cam is not working with skype. Can you tell me how to get it to work? Thank you in advance.

Hi Mountains All Around I need to make some assumptions - namely that you are using a laptop - as this is where built in webcams normally are. Second, that you have upgraded the computer to Windows7. If the above are indeed true, then you will need to link to the laptop manufacturer's website, then navigate to your model, and from there download and then install their webcam software.. Once that has been completed, reboot your machine and then start Skype. Go to the Tools menu and select Options, click on Video Settings and your webcam should startup. Hope this helps.
