hi i test windows 7 at the moment. first of all what i've seen is realy cool, but when trying to connect to my nas system this fails with no error. i've tried to connect via ip and dns but nothing works. ping is working good.i'm using windows 7 rc1 build 7100 (german) is there anything what i can do against this.connecting to nas works onwin vista and xp perfectly.hope that this will be fixed soon.lg friendofgermnay

HI, I have exactly the same problem with a Synology NAS 407 and I'm waiting also a good answer.

I have the same problem. Samsung NC10, dual boot with XP. In Windows 7 if I try to connect to my NAS using \\Storage the OS says can't connect. If I do the same when booted in XP all is well. Therefore I conclude that the Win7 is at fault. I'm looking forward to a fix. Gaz
