can't defrag documents and settings on C drive.
I have tried to move the file to USB temporarly - it can't be moved
appling file ready to archive - to male it smaller (I hope)
The report always reads unable to defragment.1 person needs an answerI do too

Docs & Settings is a system folder and cannot be moved, at least not in the 'normal' way
