!st time forum user! After start up I get" can't find product or version info" window. I have XP Home, Servic Pack 3 Version 2002. While trying to follow Adobe Updates directions I got lost and feel I may have caused the problem then. So I removed the programs and then re installed them. Don't know what the heck I did wrong. I inherited this PC from my deceased aunt and have used it for several yrs. I defraged the computer and hoping that someone will defrag me. thanks.1 person needs an answerI do too
