Did you fully scan your computer? Enter into the safe mode to check if you can access the C drive. And Click Start, input msconfig in the search box, press Enter key. In the General tab, do not select load starup items. In the Services tab, click Hide all Microsoft services, then click Disable All. Restart the computer to check if it works.
