Permissions and access control is granted to users i cannot remove or recognise....i use internet explorer 64 bit. There are lots of filre i cannot open and nearly asll memory has been used up...not by me. Hi, Based on your description, this issue can occur by virus or spyware. Please download and install Microsoft Security Essentials to scan virus for a test. If the issue persists, I suggest you restart the machine in Safe Mode and check whether Security settings and System Management can be accessed. If there is any error message, please upload it Thanks, Novak
