I have a window that pops up when I want my windows mail. It keeps wanting to go on via dial up. I have disabled dial up many moons ago but suddenly this monster came up. I tried to follow the tips listed in the forums but my problem is that there is no dial up available although the shaded area still has "never dial a number" in grey shade. I tried so many times to get mail but no use. I am able to access my internet via the wi fi but where's my mail?

Hi, OK, based on your description, I assume you set to dial a connection in Internet Explorer Options so that this happened. Please set to Never dial a connection in Internet Explorer Options or delete all the dial up connection if you really do not need it.
