cannot connect to internet although Vista OS says I am connected to the internet
I cannot log onto the internet although vista says that I am connected to the internet. everytime I attempt to open IE, a dialougue open that is trying to configure a dial up connection, also when that happens CPU usage goes to 100% and my machine locks up
