Hi, Thank you for posting. Based on my research, I would like to suggest the following: 1. Please ensure that all the updates have been applied on both computers. If it is possible, please also upgrade the NIC drivers on both computers to see if it works. 2. Ensure that the computers are on the same network and in the same workgroup. 3. Please make sure that the Link Layer Topology Discovery (LLTD) has been enabled on the Windows Vista computer and the Link Layer Topology Discovery (LLTD) Responder has been installed on the Windows XP computer. Link Layer Topology Discovery (LLTD) Responder (KB922120) http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=4F01A31D-EE46-481E-BA11-37F485FA34EA&displaylang=en 4. You can also refer to the following Knowledge Base to troubleshoot the issue: Network Map in Windows Vista does not display computers that are running Windows XP http://support.microsoft.com/kb/922120 5. Regarding the Nintendo Wii, to make it show correctly in the network map, please ensure that it supports LLTD and it can work with Windows Vista. You can contact Nintendo for detail information since they are familiar with their products. Note: Microsoft provides third-party contact information to help you find technical support.
