cannot instal KB938194 - get error code 80242016
I have tried to install KB938194 but allow it tells me it has installed OK, when I restart I get a blue screen and stop code 0x0000007B. I then have to do start up repair and restore. When I then check the update history it tells me the update failed with a 80242016.
Any ideas
My pc is an ACER Aspire T180 running Vista home premium.
