hey everyone. I just got back from work and I cant get to the login screen after the windows 7 loading screen. I'm running windows 7 ultimate 64 bit, off a custom installation (upgrade disk). I got to log in this morning and everything was fine, I didnt change or do anything really but check my email. if anyone else has had this problem or knows how to solve it, please help. Thanks

Thanks hi if you have windows 7 dvd,you start from windows 7 dvd .when computer run Win 7 dvd, in the scound step, click repair your pc. then you can use system restore. maybe it resolve yur problem. if you dont have win 7 dvd,in starting your pc, pres F5 or F8 and maybe you log in security mode and trying to system restore

Hi, You may try to boot into Safe Mode or use Last Known Good Configuration. If it does not work, you may also try Startup Repair and System Restore under System Recover Options as Dalisen suggested. Does it work? Regards,Arthur Li - MSFT
