Overnight I couldn't open express 6 to get my emails. I came here, and have tried everything I have read. I tried the Outlook.exe /resetnavpane, I did a system restore, and even got the maleware.org, and still can't open. It either says I already have another outlook express open. or it says there was an error opening, and I have to download it again. I did. I also downloaded express 7 and then took that off, because I thought that was a mistake. I did a registry clean up. I haven't been able to open outlook all week. I need those emails, some are very important...and of course my address book. I can't get to it.Someone help me please? Walk me thru it?Thanks so much...grets

As far as I know, there is no /resetnavpane command switch for Outlook Express and there definitely isn't any Outlook Express 7. Outlook.exe is the image for Office Outlook, not Outlook Express which is, despite the similarity of names, a completely separate program. Which of the two do you actually wish to use? As Brian pointed out, there is no such animal as Outlook Express 7.
