Do you mean that you can not use the wireless connection? Please try to: Make sure that your computer is configured to obtain an IPv4 address configuration automatically Click Start , and then click Control Panel . In Control Panel , verify that Classic View is selected, and then double-click Network and Sharing Center . In Network and Sharing Center , in Tasks , click Manage Network Connections . In Network Connections , right-click the network connection that you want to configure, and then click Properties . In Local Area Connection Properties , in This connection uses the following items , select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) , and then click Properties . The Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) Properties dialog box opens. In Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) Properties , on the General tab, use dynamic configuration Use the ipconfig /renew command on CMD (click on start > run > CMD ) If this does not solve your, please try to use static ipv4 address configuration. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc754203%28WS.10%29.aspx If your problem is not solved, try to update your wireless network card driver and check if this problem is solved or not. If the problem persists, please run CMD and use this command ipconfig /all and post the result here. This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties or guarantees , and confers no rights.
