i am trying to connect to my vpn service and the computer will not connect ive tried on two other computers in my house and had no problem so its definitely my main comp. so far i have disabled all firewalls and av software but to no avail , i have repeatedly gone through the set up process and have even tried to set up the connection for use at a later date but it doesnt save it. the setup goes as far as getting ready to connect and fails with no error messaging as though its not even trying to connect and pressing the diagnose problem icon just does absolutely nothing ,i really need some advice thanks in advance
