Have you tried to launch Last Known Good Configuration or Safe Mode from the F8 Boot Screen? to access this menu Press F8 a number of times just after POST when you boot up the PC. In Safe Mode this launches Windows with core drivers and you should be able to login with a local administrator account and can remove the driver at fault

Hi, Please ensure that you type the right username and password, if you have another user account available, log in with another user account for a test. Moreover, please boot in Safe Mode and see if you can log in. If so, type: msconfig in the Start Search box, click General, click Selective Startup, click to clear the Load startup items. On the Services tab, click to select the Hide all Microsoft services and click Disable all. Then restart the computer to see if you can log in. If the issue persists, Please enable the entry "Hide an disable all items on the desktop" under User Configuration/Administrative Templates/Desktop in Local Group Policy Editor. If all the above doesn’t resolve the problem, let’s perform a System Restore. Drop in the Windows 7 DVD and boot from it. It will give you an option to repair the Windows 7 install.

It seems that the issue is caused by Realtek audio manager. If Last Known Good configuration does not work, please try to remove Realtek audio manager after you boot into Safe Mode. Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
