Your question is not enough clear. If you want to access BIOS, please use DEL or F2 (Usually they use one of these keys) at startup of your computer. In the BIOS you will have an option to display the BIOS splash screen or details of the system. You cannot change the image displayed.

The BIOS is writen by the manufacturer, basically it is by design and can't be changed. Please contact HP for further information.
