changing BIOS image
I have an HP Pavilion dv6 2020ev laptop running Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. Is there any way to change the image BIOS displays when booting up (before Windows boot-up)?

Your question is not enough clear.
If you want to access BIOS, please use DEL or F2
(Usually they use one of these keys) at startup of your computer.
If you want to change the Boot order in BIOS, please refer to this article:

In the BIOS you will have an option to display the BIOS splash screen or details of the system.
You cannot change the image displayed.

The BIOS is writen by the manufacturer, basically it is by design and can't be changed. Please contact HP for further information.
