I want to use the disk defragmenter. When I click on "analyze", a code says something about chkdsk/f on volume C. I go to "run" and type in chkdsk/f and i cannot go past that to fix the problem. Can anyone help me?1 person needs an answerI do too

Normally when you run chkdsk on C you are asked whether you want to run chkdsk the next time the computer is started. You should type Y and press ENTER. Restart your computer and allow chkdsk to complete.Hope this helps, Gerry Cornell
