clients using win 7 cannot login to my SSL site due to domainname prefix
I've run an SSL site using IIS for successfully for 10 years with no signon problems. Now client who use Windows 7 cannot sign in because their domain name automatically is added to their username. They cannot use the 'use another account' option because it again adds THEIR domainname to their username ....i.e. DOMAINNAME\USERNAME where DOMAINNAME cannot be changed or deleted. XP users simply delete the prefix. I have had them remove the autocomplete setting under 'tools' 'content' username/password. Help please!!! thanks, steve

Hi, For a better analyzing, please upload the related screenshots: How to capture a screenshot ========================= 1) Press the Print Screen key (PrtScn) on your keyboard. 2) Click the "Start" menu, type "mspaint" in the Search Bar and Press Enter. 3) In the Paint program, click the "Edit" menu, click "Paste", click the "File" menu, and click "Save". 4) The "Save As" dialogue box will appear. Type a file name in the "File name:" box, for example: "screenshot". 5) Make sure "JPEG (*.JPG;*.JPEG;*.JPE;*.JFIF)" is selected in the "Save as type" box, click “Desktop” on the left pane and then click "Save". 6) Then Upload to SkyDrive.
