computer froze
While running Windows 7 on the Internet, filling out a survey, the computer froze. I open the event viewer and found out that there is a problem with the kernel power this is ascribed as an event ID number 41, task category 63. This has happened more than 10 times in the last two weeks. To correct this situation I manually turned off the computer and then restarted it. How can I correct this situation without turning off the computer?
