computer does not turn off.i exactly don't know what is the cause but i only remember that once i downloaded something from the internet and when i wanted to delete that it came with a message that if i delete this than some programs might not work properly i disobeyed and this is what it happen i cannot turn my computer off as i use too, that is go to start turn off.now what happen when i try to turn it off it restarts back.
