I hope you did not give them your credit card number, nor did you permit them to have access to your machine. If you let them remotely access your machine, then it's quite possible they may have installed a keylogger or other malicious programs. Are they contact you by phone? This is fraud and NOT from Microsoft. If you given your credit card number then contact your bank and report it. Also you might contact your telephone provider to report this to them.
