my computer shuts down ok, but then reboots itself right away. I have to push the on/off button on my computer to shut it off so it will stay off. Please help1 person needs an answerI do too

Hi, You can check the 'Event Viewer' in Computer Management to see if there are any events related to the rebooting.Have you performed a malware scan? let me know,

yes i have done a malware scan have also done a fresh install of windows xp.
